The herewithin Grant Fund exists to extend the mission of herewithin by supporting church multiplication which includes ministry initiatives that equip leaders, strengthen churches, cultivate spiritual renewal, and advance Kingdom work around the world.

Compassion: Each request is considered with dignity, respect, and confidentiality.
Stewardship: Grant funds are managed responsibly and used only for approved purposes.
Consistency: All applicants are evaluated using the same eligibility standards and review process.
Accountability: Documentation is maintained for every grant decision.
Transparency: Grant policies, requirements, and decisions are clearly communicated.

Emergency or time-sensitive opportunities may be considered outside of the standard cycle at the Grant Committee’s discretion. If your request requires consideration before the next scheduled grant cycle, please contact grants@herewithin.org before submitting your application.

Grants may only be awarded when sufficient funds are available in the designated grant account.
The grant account balance shall be reviewed before any award decision.
Grant awards will never exceed available funds.

Applicants may receive one grant per rolling 12-month period unless an exception is approved by the Grant Committee.

Approved: Grant awarded as requested.
Partially Approved: Reduced amount awarded.
Deferred: Additional information required.
Denied: Request does not meet program guidelines.

Committee members shall recuse themselves if:
Related to applicant
Financially connected to applicants
Personal relationships may influence judgment
Recusals shall be documented.

Grant payments may be issued through Remitly or Western Union. The application will have an option for the applicant's preference.
Reimbursement is only permitted when receipts are provided and prior approval was granted.

All applicant information is confidential.
Grant information may only be accessed by:
Grant Committee Members
Authorized herewithin leadership
Information shall not be shared outside the review process.

Requests additional information if necessary

Step 4: Committee Review
The Committee verifies
Eligibility
Completeness
Available funding
Requested expense qualifies
Decision is made
Applicant is notified
